1. Returns Due to Quality
   If you find a defect in the quality of an item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at mbshop@mtbethel.org to initiate the process, and our team will be glad to assist you.

2. Change of Mind
   We regret that returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not permitted, as each item is custom-made just for you.

3. Print-On-Demand Service
   Our online store operates on a print-on-demand basis, which means we do not hold inventory. Each order is produced specifically for you upon purchase, allowing us to offer a wide selection while minimizing waste.
